Agreed...save for old Snoke...I'm sure we'll see a few more wrinklies on the Dark Side in Episode VIII though...have to even it up a bit, especially as Maz Kanata is what..?..a thousand..?

I noticed that too, quite a young bunch. Wasn't all that keen on General Hux, I didn't think the actor who played him was the right person for the job for some reason, I guess he just didn't seem commanding enough? His speech was ok in front of the entire first order (if a little too emotional?) but in the scenes leading up to that part he just seemed like a young brat! (More so than Adam Driver lol!)
