got this and wondered how much its worth its near mint with very little wear ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no marks or bends in the card except a small scuff on the part where it tells you its got removable limbs...anyway its in really good nick !!

What's the story with the inverted buuble? Is that common? Is it a reseal?

no its not resealed, you can tell by looking at the seal on the bottom (lucasfilm ltd), its perfectly sealed, ive never seen one like this before!!

Are you sure Han? It does look very good, but should 3-POs bag be loose? On Kenner cards it comes in a small plastic bag. Also is the tearing on the left of the bubble from the bubble being removed, or is that just edge wear?

Does the card have an English or German back? The German backs definitely came with those numbered bubbles, not sure about the English - some definitely came with the two forked bubbles.

It's definitely not German..the writing about the limbs would be in German.

The bag is loose on the UK one, it's tucked behind the figure, however, there should be a clear plastic tray in the bubble, in which the figure rests.

There is just the possibility that this is a simple factory error.

i've seen others in this wave with upside down bubbles.

yeah it is english..and i think your right on the factory error.... when you inspect it up close you can see it hasnt been tampered with .. and even stranger is inside the bubble theres a compression mark as though the bubble got pressed on it the factory without the glue and then its been redone ( its not a reseal- ive not seen anything like this before) theres a small thin line of missing colour across the green background about an inch above the legs..its a very clean line which has been done by machine......if i had a macro setting on my camera i'd post a photo...its got to be a factory **** up !!

Sometimes I have seen these compression marks on the blisters as well. This appears to me to be were either the sealing process failed or not enough of the adhesive was used. This does make for easy reseals though...
