Mint figure collection - thoughts ?

Postby DRM55 » Mon Mar 05, 2018 8:45 pm

Hi,
I am new so hope this forum is ok to ask this or if I should be in a seperate area...
I have a collection of mint figures I am considering selling - all open, was wondering if I should get them graded before selling or just sell them for the best price. As a kid I opened them and then laid them all in plastic ice cream tubs, when you open the tub you can still smell the new figure smell and they all have guns etc :D
Alternatively I may keep them and sell the other things such as the x-wing, land speeder, tauntaun, Wampa etc .... they are all boxed.
Please could you give me your thoughts on the figures and if this is the best place to start ?
Some example attached of the items.... I also have a load of due cast ships.....
Many thanks

Welcome to the forum. You need to add prices on the items if you want to keep this thread. The rules on the forum say that it is not allowed to add items in the sales thread without a sales price.

If you need to value them then go to this link viewforum.php?f=3 and start a thread there

I would keep it all if I was you and i would never grade it. Some collectors like graded items and other do not.

I wish you good luck.

Wouldn't mind that Palitoy Landspeeder if no one has put any dibs on it?!

Take your time before committing to selling. So many people sell their childhood collections and instantly regret it, before starting to collect afresh.
