After Recieving my boxed endor forest ranger from Simon, I haved found a COO variation. The one I had was stamped 1983 MACAU, the Palitoy one I recieved was just stamped LFL. I wonder If that makes one worth more>

One big bit of advice I can give you when starting out on the vehicles is watch out for Modern POTF parts on vintage vehicles. I have seen Modern cockpit covers placed on vintage ships such as the X-wing and The A-wing. I have also seen Speeder bikes with Modern flaps. There are color differences in the parts from the Modern releases. Most clear parts are smoke tinted and most solid color molded pieces are a diiferent color from their vintage counterparts. Also the Tatooine Skiff was re-released over here thru walmart...so be careful. If you have questions Feel free to ask.

You shouldn't pay more than 99 p for most of the loose minirigs, and you can get the common ones for for £15 to £20 MISB at shows.

That's ****ing awesome Ron, love to know how much you've spent over the years.

Did you buy them all graded or did you send some off yourself??

This is vintage. The Kenner non-battle damage version did have batteries.

Variations are:

- white non-battle damage Kenner (with electronics)
- white non-battle damage Palitoy/Clipper/etc. (no electronics)
- white battle damage Clipper/etc. (no electronics) with decal fuselage
- white battle damage Palitoy (no electronics) with moulded fuselage
- grey battle damage Kenner (electronics)

With a lot of variations in boxes.

Don't kill me if I'm forgetting some and correct me if I'm wrong. ;)

that sounds like the modern one

here's the glasslite

As to the electrics, I'm not sure the Kenner electric ones were sold over here, or if they were there weren't many of them.

This is the Kenner X-Wing. It has a molded fuselage. The black and white decal one is European.

I think there might be a glasslite version too, but I'm not really into those.

No, I don't think so.

Here's what I mean by black/white fuselage:
