The $1200 starting bid is pretty high as a bulk lot purchase.

$1000 is a fair price(not great)- but you'd pay lots of postage costs buying any other way (ie individually & from overseas)

what i mean to say is that it's already hard to put a value to it , and on to of that theires no way of telling what cardback what condition , what factory.......

Really depends which cardback variations are being listed. There are twenty-two MOC's in the lot, so 1k would not be a bad offer. The Meccano jawa is fairly common and the Offerless ESB 41 Back is uncommon, but not tough. Most of the cards are ROTJ, so $50.00 a figure is not a bad deal..
