Looks custom, but I like the color...I thought it was an ashtray at first.

So the guy I bought of off says he bought it from a toy fair in London.
The guy who sold it to him says it was a prototype of some kind but hasn't been able to find anything out about it?

The word "Prototype" get throwed around alot. I would say it is a custom cast piece.
