Darth Vader 12B for $260?

Found a Darth Vader 12B Carded fig today for $260. Vader is frosted on the head and left arm, card is nearly flawless but punched, bubble is crunched on the top left but it isn't too bad. Overall it is a very good example minus the frosting. What does everyone think? $260 too much?

It's not mine yet so i'll use the frosting as a bargaining chip. Just want to know how low to go!
