Hi guys

I'm parting with my VC Jawa so thought I'd offer it here first.
£1750

I was out bid on ebay for one that just ended with the same grade, I would be willing to give you what that one sold for which was £1430.

Hi Lindo, thanks for the offer mate.
I hadn't really intended selling mine but i saw them listed yesterday from 1800 for an 80 grade upto 2400
In all fairness these are ridiculous prices and i can't justify holding onto mine locked away in a room for much longer.
However i can't go to your offer in comparison so all i will say for now is i would go to 1700.

Regards
Paul

ok mate np, plenty of people put silly prices for stuff on ebay but they never sell, I always go off the auction prices as that to me is near what the current market value for an item is, good luck anyway

Paul, good luck with the sale, but as Lindo says, what's asked and what's achieved are two different things. I missed out on one of these (thanks to Vectis and their AWESOME bidding system) about 6 months ago. UKG85 hammered for £800, came in a less than £1k after fees. Bought by a dealer and quickly turned around, but that's life:

Those are fair comments guys.
I did wonder if those prices were too good to be true
I remember seeing a carded VC Jawa at the NEC in the mid to late 90s.
The bubble was good but the card had bad horizontal creases and looked like it had been folded.
However, when the seller was asking for £800 i thought he was crazy. I doubt i'd have paid that if it was perfect back then.
I've been out of collecting for a year now so am pretty green once again it seems.
