Unless I'm being dim, his feeback is weird as well. It says he has one negative and over 600 feedback comments, yet it will only show me less than 200 and they are all positive.

I don't think theres much you can do unless he robs your photos. I've had that happen before and ebay ended the other sellers auctions.

Ahhhh as far as we are aware it is normal practice. Sorry if you took any offence, none was meant! Are you asking for a percentage of the sale?
We understand this is normal practice for none customized items and have had it done to us many a time.... after all immatation is the best flattery
