Should we pay less for factory errors incomplete figures?

How does anyone really know there are only two of these in the world too?
Do they mean only two have ever been graded with this factory error?

For focus collectors a piece like this would be exciting to find but the price is $12,000 to much for me.

Yes I would love to have this but sadly will never have the funds to purchase unless the greedy bastard reduces his price drastically

I agree pieces like this will demand a higher price due to their rarity and a focus collector would want it for those reasons but this is way way overpriced IMO. As for a price it's a difficult one to value and it comes down to what a person is prepared to pay, personally I think it should be valued somewhere in the hundreds.
