Fake vintage lot on ebay

Postby jedi_rebel » Fri Jan 13, 2017 9:03 pm

Been a while since I posted here.

There is an eBay lot being sold, with a fake yak and r2 pop up and possible others on eBay ending tomorrow.

Here is a link:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40-Original-V ... Swo4pYdl5Y

The seller is also a member on the echo face book page, as he also had an echo figure booklet for sale.

The real name of the seller is currently unknown.

My warning on echo face book page has been deleted, but this is a real warning so beware any newbies.

My post was up for a couple of hours on echo before being deleted so I hope alot of newbies saw it.

Not sure why it was deleted, maybe advertising an eBay listing, but I thought the warning was more important.

Maybe it was thought to be negative towards the group... who knows...

Well the lot of figures only went for 214 GBP so I'm thinking that a fair few people noticed this post and the warning on Echo. It's still a bit of money for some loose figures with probably report weapons but it's not the car crash it could have been.

Well done to those involved with exposing this, judging by the price realized I think it's safe to say that you made a difference.

Dread to think what the winning bidder will do when they find out.
