I bought a couple of modern Mocs from this lot years ago when I was collecting modern but stopped buying from them when they wouldn’t answer questions. They had one of those generic listing wordings along the lines of; we can’t guarantee the condition of outer packaging, it may have creases, cracks, edgewear blah blah blah. And when I asked for condition details I just got sarcastic vague replys. I would never deal with them again. Some of these really big sellers become victims of their own success/size. They have so much listed they can’t be bothered to give details on each listing and their customer service becomes sloppy. If they’re now selling repros then that’s a big red flag for me.

Exactly what iv'e noticed with these large types of sellers over the years, a lot of them usually have the 'cut & paste' description templates which look nice but don't actually describe the condition in any useful detail, and they can lazily put in a qty of 2 or more for the same figure only showing pictures of 1 example so you don't know what your figure actually looks like.

I try to stay away from these people as I just know i'm not going to get a tailored or helpful service, and when I have bought from them in the past and I happen to have an issue with the item that's not mentioned in the description, usually they don't reply to my message for days and the only way to get them to respond is to open a return case, of which they respond to it in minutes only because they have to. :x
