Help needed re ep 1 naboo fighter

Postby elliott » Tue Feb 05, 2008 6:04 pm

Does any one have the kenner/hasbro naboo fighter, and could take some pics for me?

In 1998 I bought a lot of episode 1 first shots, packaging samples, sculpts etc, amongst these was a 'paint sample' fighter, it was cast in yellow, but the 'battle damage' is hand sprayed.
If someone could take pics of the spray marks on the production model, it would really help me to see how different the sample piece is.

thanks in advance

I've got one of these but I don't think that it has "battle damage" either painted or stickered.

I've never seen a flying banana, but at least I know what to look for now, thanks!

It looks like the only difference with my fighter, is the colour of the spray,a mid tone grey instead of the black of the production one.

Thanks for your help guys, both of you....

The paint is brown/grey. Not sure the photos show it properly.
