I have a friend who wants to sell his modern collection and was wondering if anyone could put a rough price on these please?

A great collection there 8) ....not too sure on a price though,there is a few pieces I would like but tbh I would be cherry picking as majority of them I have ...

Easier to move on as a whole rather than parting out bit by bit

Same here, I did give my Episode 1 stuff away to my little cousin to play with but these would probably make me start it up again, more interested in starting collection POTF2 carded. Just want to know what a fair price to offer him for it all.

From the photos it looks like fairly normal stuff.

These are my thoughts based on individual sales. If selling as a collection then add them all up and take about 25% off.

Figures - £5-6
THX figures - £8-9
Vehicles - £8
Dash Rendar Outsider - £20
Playsets - £12

I've worked it out at around £700 so minus 25% (£175) puts it around £500 as a fair price for the lot?

I personally wouldn't pay much more than that as a bulk lot.

Go for £500 and see what your friend thinks. If he's happy with that then you've got a nice little modern collection boost assuming your keeping it.

Sorry I missed your post before. The THX figures are the ones with the blue leaflet behind the figure in the bubble. These were inserted to coincide with the THX video release in 1995 which was the last official release of the original trilogy on video. They can command high prices on fleabay but like most other modern their 'real' value is more modest as there are plenty around if you hunt for them.

Just told him £500 and he said he wants them out of the way and happy to let me have them for £250.

Looks like I'm collecting modern now!
