Palitoy 65 for you to analyse Jeff, anything you want me to look for in hand that you can't see on the photo mate?

Nice....I've actually just picked up that exact card and bubble combination last night :D

Are you able to tell if it's definitely a Hong Kong COO figure. Looks like it as per the neckline..

It is and the figure is the no COO assuming with it having lfl 83 behind the pocket it should have the COO on the opposite leg in the same place. Will get a photo shortly

Cool...I was thinking so that Hong Kong, No COO and China figures were available on the Palitoy cardback.
Added the extra photos, managed to get quite a good shot of the COO area

Following link shows that both variants of the China COO figure were available on the Palitoy 65 back card as well.

China COO figure:

As promised a new update in relation to the China COO figure. Having received a couple of new painted face figures i had a closer look at the paint application on the figures. Noticeable difference between a couple of them. The following pictures show that there is a light and darker eye paint application available.

Body Sculpt update:

Ok. Had a closer look at the different variants...having discussed the obvious sculpt differences on the neckline on the figures on page 2, here are a couple of other sculpt differences worth pointing out between the China COO figure and the Hong Kong COO and No COO figures.

First up, there is a noticeable difference on the front creases in the shirt. Highlighted below, the China COO figure has 4 creases as opposed to 2 on the other variants.

The second thing that I noticed was a definite grey 'lip' on the right lapel of the Hong Kong COO and No COO figures that isn't present on the China COO figure. I have examined all 31 loose variants I currently have and this is a feature throughout!

These new sculpt updates, alongside the neckline difference and back pack stripes, should make identifying a China COO figure on card very easy.

Just for you Lars... :D

I added the link on page 2, but here are a couple of pictures of the Palitoy 65 back cards with varying COO figures. It appears that all three coo variants were available on the Palitoy 65 back 'Made in Hong Kong' card.

It is quite apparent that the mix of COO and cardback origins is not limited to only Palitoy cardback. Here's my example of a Kenner 79 back "Made in Hong Kong" cardback. The figure is 100% a China COO...

I've actually yet to find a Hong Kong COO figure on a Hong Kong cardback :?
