Ring Ebay. Much better to talk with them rather than message. I've had feedback removed before over unreasonable buyers.

Say the buyer has been totally unreasonable and threatened you and is a possible scammer. Highlight his regular negative feedback. He's took your goods for free and still left negative feedback.
