Some great stuff popping up on here guys and fair play to Jez for your dedication to this page and the podcast.

I'm super happy to have this Paitoy 20 back Luke X Wing land in my collection this morning. Big thanks to Marc Caraway its my first Palitoy 20 back and hope to add to this run very soon again.

Awesome Luke Palitoy mate, very mint.
Lots of LXW being shown on here of late.

Here's my first purchase since May.

PBP LXW, stood next to a regular Luke. Complementary Pencil Topper sneaked into the parcel by Mark Baker. My first PBP.

Fantastic Luke X-wings! The MOCs are fab and the Pbp is great too, Jez 8)

Great haul from the antique store. Is that a Palitoy mask? Love it! Been after a Sandpeople mask for ages.

Found a GRAIL!

Be hoping that something like this existed but gave up hope years ago. It's not an action figure, but it will do.

Childhood Photo with ROTJ T-Shirt :D

That's awesome finding stuff like that.

I've just found something amongst an envelope full of old receipts that my parents kept that brings back many memories.
First is an instruction booklet for a Casio watch I got one Christmas.
What's the significance of that you may ask?
Well, my uncle bought me this watch the same Christmas my parents bought me the Falcon. The receipt is stapled in the booklet with the year 1982.
From that I can pretty much figure out when I received my star wars vehicles.

If that wasn't enough, then I also found the "signature" of Darth Vader when he did the rounds. This was actually from Zodiac Toy Shop in Rugby.
I never thought my mum kept it.

On the theme of die-cast (bargain that Landspeeder!!)...

I've not really bought much of late; there just hasn't been a summer price lull this year for the things I've wanted. Luckily I managed to get my mojo back over the past fortnight :) Here's the Takara TIE Fighter I recently purchased from Andy. Been after one of these for a while and it didn't disappoint :) My only worry is I'm now starting the path of a die-cast TIE MOC run.

DC TIE Fighter Takara MOC.jpg

It's inspired me to continue my loose die-cast run, and this week I managed to add these three beauties. They're all in great condition with almost no paint chips - the TIE in particular is almost card fresh.

I've never had much love for the die-cast Snowspeeder but it's actually really nice in hand (my picture doesn't do it justice!) I never knew it had a retractable landing gear just like it's larger cousin. My favourite's the DV TIE though, it's just an absolute thing of beauty.

I've not checked in for ages and its actually been a bit quiet on, only 10 pages to look through! Loads of lovely MOCs but so pleased to see so much die cast. Some bargains and beauties 8)

Really pleased that you like the TIE Paul, it was a tough one to part with.

Here's my latest, not strictly vintage but these are prints of the original die cast photoart from Kim Simmons. The slave 1 and snowspeeder are signed by the airbrusher, unfortunately the corners got squashed in postage but framing should sort that. A job for tomorrow...
