Palitoy Factory green plaque

That's brilliant

Nice and Great News , but wished they would of done the plaque RED BLUE and WHITE like the Palitoy Logo, would of looked Brillaint

It's great news. And whilst the recognition is deserved it needs to go further. There's no way it'll happen in this day and age but a good proportion of the site and building should be listed. Whilst house building on every last square inch is en trend it can't happen, but we neglect our industrial past, certainly the recent past. This was Palitoy and in a pre truly globalised age they were bigger than Hasbro ever will be in terms of the UK market. This company are responsible for the childhood fun and creativity of generations and whilst apps and YouTube dominate kid's childhood's now, this place is the alter on which imaginations were forged. Sacred ground as far as I'm concerned.

Still, lovely that it's been recognised.
