Maybe even this could work, i'd have to block off the light to the front though with a black plastic strip so the LED's aren't visible from the front...

After a bit of a hiatus, I thought I'd share my set of Star Wars Play-Doh action sets. I had the SW and ESB versions as a kid, the SW version being one of the earliest SW toys I had. Never did have the ROTJ version, but recently found this one for a great price and the box is still sealed!

Another step in trying to obtain SW toys from my past.

Hope everyone has a great Christmas Holiday.

Finished my loose run of trilogo Fett's, and got this neat little display case specially for them, I have all 4 main paint variants now. :)

I love the idea of grouping variants, and I like the display potential and I agree adding some uplighters as a project would be pretty cool, But the OCD side of me is cringing at the fact its 3 spanish Fetts and 1 Euro Fett. Source the missing spanish figure FTW, pretty please

I might post another pic tomorrow after I replace one of the PBP's with a Hong Kong Fett.

Chances are now I know it's not a 'complete set' I most likely will end up replacing that one because luckily it's a painted knee / unpainted dart variant so should be easier to find, and hopefully cheaper. :D

My last buys of the year arrived today. I've had a really great year adding to my palitoy run and consider myself really lucky to have added these:

41 back lobot and at-at driver and 45a cloud car pilot... they put me at over half way now!

Some more lovely look mocs there Max, you've certainly had a good year of it with your collection and looking forward to seeing what next year brings for you.

My first purchase in a while. A Geoff Love MOC!

This takes me back. Although I don't remember this actual title in this type of packaging, I do remember places like hardware shops carrying a rack of cheapo albums on tape on this type of card.

I had the same LP on vinyl growing up and also remember these on sale in hardware stores and places like that. Back then everyone wanted a slice of the SW action.

Haven't seen this tape version before on a card so nice pick up, I think the vinyl is still at my parents so I'll have to dig it out at some point.

Loving the Palitoy Max, great way to end the year.

Chipsteak, that carded tape is a great find, much rarer than the vinyl, congrats!

So December started with the mistake of a Droids A Wing pilot and ended with a variety of X-Wing related bits, battle damaged in ESB Palitoy box, micro collection, complete LXW and a pitch coin.

Great stuff here all the time. The Play-Doh Box arts are fantastic, amazing Palitoy MOCs, congrats to those x-Wing shots, great items (especially the german cardback).
Did not post any acquistions for al long time, but fortunately I was able to finish a Luke Skywalker run (missing Luke Endor) and a First-12-character run (missing Leia Organa) within two days. :D
Those cards are not always in best shape, but affordable and genuine/no reseals.
