    Today on Facebook...

That shop isn't too far from me here on the south coast.. never been in it due to seeing the prices they charge !! Think I'd have to phone for an ambulance before I walked through the door.

    Celebration Europe 2023!!!

Went up yesterday. Super crowded and took about an hour to get in. Lego, Forbidden Planet & Celebration Store queues were constantly full so didn't get into them. Stalls full of various goodies but the highlight was the Vectis stand...was totally blown away by the eye candy on show there.. first...

Bib Fortuna and The Book of Boba Fett?

There is a after credit scene right at the end of last epioide of The Mandalorian with a prelude to BOBF. Shows Bibs demise there.

    Toy Toni off loading?

TT always had trilogo cards, mostly L17 though. He doesn't have his cabinet in Snoopers anymore, so ebay will be his main source for sales now.

    The Vintage Toy Monster, Portsmouth

Vaguely remember the Tricorn centre but only from my childhood really so never went into Mondo Comics. Was pretty much a ruin in my later 'collecting' years. Not seen Justin for a fair few years now. Great to hear he's still about.

    The Vintage Toy Monster, Portsmouth

Timeframe... yup. Owned by Justin. Great guy. Going back a few years more there was Essential Collectables owned by Matt & Brian. Always found Southsea models a tad on the pricey side when they had vintage in stock.

    The Vintage Toy Monster, Portsmouth

Ooo will have to check that one out next time I'm that way. Used to be a couple of fantastic shops back in the 90s in Pompey but sadly closed down. Great to see another shop in the area again.

    Toy Toni Boba Fett....

Don't think so as you can clearly see part of the 'triangle' iron mark which goes between the stems. Trilogo would have a seal all the way round.

    Toy Toni Boba Fett....

This one shows the lack of adhesion imprint on a TT and the triangle 'point'

    Toy Toni Boba Fett....

The triangular imprint on TT is very distinct as he only used narrow double stem bubbles and couldn't get the point of the iron in fully. That one is the wider double stem and the seal is more rectangle... hence not a TT card.

    Who remembers these cases ?

There is an old thread on RS that a guy here in the UK paid £550 for 50 of them including postage from Mexico.

    Any Doctor Who fans?

Yup, it's the Harry Styles police drama. They've been filming around the area for a week or so now. A fair few caravans on Hove lawns for the crew etc. Been a bit of filming around the pavilion too.
