To be honest, i have never used AFA for MOC, i had some first-shots graded and cased and they cost big£££, due to AFA's tier system, when something reaches a certain value it seems to jump up in price with the grading. I am unsure about the price differences with MOC but i got several PAL...

i'm no expert on these but check the wing mechanism good and proper and the guns can sometimes be missing there are some on wings and at the rear

IMO repro weapons are fairly easy to spot, they are norm more brittle, they go light colour at the point of bending them or they snap easily, the colour is a little off at times, like really light blue and they make a "dink" when dropped-original weapons make less sound if dropped, they just...

they have metal pins like the real carbalon hardcopies, but they go for a fraction of the price, still expensive, in the region of first-shot prices, when/if they come up for sale
