Some cracking pictures in this thread! I'm very jealous, I don't think I've ever seen a picture of me as a kid playing with Vintage. I do remember taking a polaroid picture of my collection when I was about 8 or 9 but that's probably long gone

I've got a picture from Xmas 84 standing next to my AT-AT, but it stashed away somewhere at parents house have been trying to get it for years.

This is a fantastic thread. I'm loving all of the old pictures.
I know of one picture of me as an eight-year-old wearing my beloved rip-off Star Wars T-shirt but it's a slide, not an actual photograph. I'll search through my mother's collection of photos to see if there's anything else Star Wars related.

I ve gor a great one with me at xmas just after opening a jabba playset and transformers rodimus prime while eating a bowl of cornflakes

I love these old photos - a glimpse back in time with kids actually playing and enjoying all the stuff we now collect and covet.
I've got one of me on Xmas morn '83 that i'll be posting later in the week but before that, heres a link to a flikr account called Growing Up With Star Wars where loads of people have uploaded their childhood SW photos. Its a great dose of nostalgia and I'm sure anyone can upload to it! :wink:
