12 back Comic Art - John Tyler-Christopher

As a comic collector and a Star Wars fan, I could not help but be awed by this series of covers by the comic book artist John Tyler-Christopher. Clearly JTC is a massive SW fan given the level of attention to detail and the time spent on these.

The following are a series of variant covers on the new Star Wars universe comics by Marvel. Most can be picked up for less than £3 delivered to your door, but Luke will cost you around £15, Han starts at around £40, Boba Fett £50 (limited to 5,000 copies and only available direct from JTC). Anyway, enjoy.

I think you're right. They are great though. And I've been surprised what a good read the comics have been.

Wondering where they'll draw the line. No time soon, I bet. Just glad they haven't done a stupidly prices SDCC cover. Yet...

I have a small collection of these, irritatingly though (given my focus), I don't however have the Han!

The Fett one costs a fortune too!

These are selling for crazy money already on eBay....£40-100 for the Han issue???

I missed the Han. Managed to pick one up in the states for $27. Seemed steep at the time. Give it 12 months and it will be available cheap enough.

Yep, the usual comic book speculator merry-go-round.

One good thing is there are no reprints of the Action Figure variants unlike a lot of the other covers
