UPDATED: New photos on page 3

Decided in the end that a run of ROTJ cards was impractical given the funds I've available. Opted instead to go for a bit of a Rebel Commando focus. I always really liked this figure. Vivid memories of receiving him as a child in my Grans house one Christmas.
Putting together a carded collection and Army building some loose figures. Will also put together a cardback collection.
Here's where I'm at today...Two carded figures, Kenner 79 back and a Palitoy 65 back.
29 loose variants and two 'Made in China' cardback. Especially pleased with the Meccano cardback.
More additions on the way soon...

Very nice start so far!!! What is your next target to add?

As an FYI though, that is not a GDE cardback. That is a Meccano cardback (yours has the "Made in" sticker as well). The term GDE usually refers to the Kenner Canada line of cardbacks with the stacked "GDE" logo on the bottom right, like this: http://theswca.com/index.php?action=disp_item&item_id=47117

Good luck with the future additions!

Thanks man, have rectified that in the post :D

As for targets, really any budget variants of moc figures. Looking for some 'Offer' cards...Coin, Emperor etc.
Down the line hopefully will add Tri logo card...have seen the Clipper card too. Big money though

Look fantastic, may I ask where you got the Palitoy the toys are here sign from

Hi
Thanksfor the comments! I actually received it free from a fella in the UK when I purchased some figures. Unfortunately, it's a reproduction. Looks fine as a background display.

I always loved the Rebel Commando, I guess I always knew I'd also dress in a green uniform!
Great start to the focus.

Now there's a focus I haven't seen yet. Going well so far. Shouldn't be too hard to build an army of those.

Nice focus and display Jeff, anything you're on the look out for?

Thanks man,

Down the line I would like to add a Tri logo card...Big money unfortunately.
For the moment, looking for 'Offer ' cards, Emperor, some coin offer stickers....etc.
Will hopefully put an Endor forest ranger box in the display too seeing as the Commando figure is on it.
Also looking to increase loose army builders
:D
