Re: WWF No Mercy Developer Cart

There are some huge whales in Wrestling collecting. And in video games. So the cross over is insane!

Re: How Do You Rank The SW Movies Now?

1. Star Wars 2. Return of the Jedi 3. Empire Strikes Back 4. The Phantom Menace 5. Revenge of the Sith 6. Attack of the Clones 7. Rogue One 8. Solo 9. Battle of Endor 10. Caravan of Courage If I could, I would put all the animated films (including the Great Heep!) inbetween CoC and TFA. Even the Hol...

Re: Your evolution of gaming

My father was in the industry of computing from the early personal computer days of the late seventies. We had: Commodore Pet Some (lots!) of those early TV Pong multigames. Apple II BBC B BBC Master ZX81 ZX Spectrum+ (mine) 40 X Dragon. (They were cheap) PC's from the 8086 onwards till his passing ...

Re: Why are we all tarnished so....

I think SW collecting has evolved to quite a detailed level that doesn't exist in others. I am a part of WWF, Action Force, Visionaires, Centurions, Transformers, and none of them do things such as COO or detailed weapon differentiation. Most don't even touch packaging variations. As was said before...

"Provenance will mean everything though "

It's the story that sells - So if you can photos from the premier or things like that, it will also really help.

Re: Wow - this is shocking.

Having now watched the Retroblast video half way through then stopped - Hmmm. He is very disingenuous in it quite a few times. Misrepresenting peoples opinions and posting private messages all over the place. And also using very violent and emotive language demonising the anti-repro groups. I'm afra...

Re: Christmas tat 2020

My First year in 15+ that I haven't got a Star Wars Calendar (that I never use) and probably one of a literal handful that I never received Star Wars tat IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I asked my older sister to please stop after the sequel trilogy debacle. This year she did. (Alas this is the one year I wish s...

Re: Wow - this is shocking.

I think if you love the thing for its value to you rather than its value to others... then you are fine. If SW is an investment, then this type of thing crushes that a bit. I personally don't go for repro - yet I love TTs! So I guess there is a line for everyone and I suppose we have should accept t...

Re: Star Wars, Alien & Jaws UK TV Premieres (Betamax Captures)

I would be very interested in watching as I watched the premiers of Star Wars and Alien! You will need to pick a website that won't copyright strike you - So someone like Vimeo probably more than the tube. If you want just a download hub, maybe Mega? Most streamers would compress your stuff anyway. ...

It's funny, but since I never knew Vinyl Cape Jawa's existed until I was an adult, I feel absolutely no resonance for them!

Yet things like Blue Snaggletooth, I've snapped up. Bizzare isnt it.

Starcom - high quality loose.

Hi all! My youngest daughter (6) is loving Starcom! I have sourced a bit from ebay and my childhood collection, but it hasn't aged well. Yellowed, brittle and the physical mechanisms used have all failed. So i would LOVE to get some really good quality (not mint necessarily) but working mechanisms a...
