Sorry for the late reply. The Canadian version comes in 3 options: the Macau box is a few mm bigger than the Taiwans.

It is a V2 (rough texture which I suspect due to the increased surface area did not release from the mould well hence the addition of the ejector pin mark, can be found without EPM)

No original grey bespin blaster comes in that mould. The original with the same trigger guard has a fatter handle. Without 100% confirmation, Taiwan figures usually have 'unique' weapons. So we could 'assume' not all 12 back Chewbacca's have a green bowcaster because Taiwan Chewbacca would buck any trend. I am working on more information.

Flat bottom was found in ESB A & H baggies, not sure if 'green' or in ESB MOC onwards

not carded but just for interest sake, the 1st ever issued chebacca baggies (SW-a no text) din not have the green bowcasters This^^^ Green bowcaster has a flat bottom trigger guard. SW-A,B,C,D baggies found in early bird kits only D has been found with flat bottom trigger guard. And some of the MOC...

If you get rid of the outside trim, it might fit into a case. That's what I was thinking of looking at although there's not much material to play with as the front and back of the Top Loader may well separate if I start cutting into the edge of it. I'll take a look though but they will display fine...
