Re: Value of graded items in comparison to grades?

We all know a loose Lobot is a £15-20 figure & I got a UKG90 (F90,P85).I was told it was only the 3rd to achieve that grade & was curious to see what price it would fetch so I put it on eBay auction. Imagine how shocked I was when it sold for £475!!! :o There are quite a few people who are putting ...

Oh and please don’t try to save 50p on postage  I saw that on Echo Carl before it got shut down by the admin.I don't get why you need to contact the admin there before you called him out,he started to ignore you so the next best thing is to call him out to get his attention.I'm sure it could'v...

Re: Selling Etiquette

When I sell stuff I always describe any issue i.e.,crease,spider vein, scratch, bubble ding etc as best I can!

I've lost count of the number of times I've received something not described properly as the seller was too lazy so I wouldn't do it to someone else as I hate it being done to myself!

Re: Grading and shill bidding issues that have come up

I send figures into UKG for grading occasionally & it baffles me & other UKG collectors sometimes at the grades they receive. They've been virtually card fresh with uncracked/hardly any movement in the limbs,no paint issues, discolouration etc & the majority come back as 85's.Don't get me wrong I've h...

Hi Chris,

I think you need to print off your confirmation email & take some sort of photo ID,don't know if you can collect others though?

Re: Celebration Europe 3 - SWFUK meet up/social

I agree joe. If we end up going to the German place 4 litres of Octoberfest beer followed by room sales could fuck anyone's bank balance. Saturday it is. Anyone interested? Names please just for a rough idea. No commitment at this stage. I'll have a few beers with you on Saturday,as long as I get b...

Re: Star Wars Celebration Europe 3 - July 15th - 17th 2016

After seeing the fiasco that will be queuing for most of Celebration I reckon I'll be attending all of the podcast stuff and that's about it! I'm assuming not all Celebrations have been like this? You even need a wristband to get into the shop before the exclusives are all gone? I'm only going for ...

Re: VAT charges any help?

I always ask a seller to put the value at $20 & seem to be ok,obviously there's a risk of damage to an expensive item & you can only claim for the value marked! :D
