Re: Slick seal on a 12 back Kenner

I reckon the corner lifting is the result of the knock that creased the bubble. Not a huge issue, but will factor into the cost. The card looks legit to me.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Nice figs TLM.

Gotta love that DSD. My fave card/figure combo.

To get mine looking that good I had to shift this nasty thing....

Re: UK customs - Info that might help!!

It's got to be worth trying top get the seller to mark the box in a manner that states the contents are 'vintage' or a similar term, a bit like AFA do when only offering a service. At least if you are charged it might be right first time rather than chasing it up for a refund. 'Old collectible toy' ...

The best thing on Ebay ever?

Whilst that may be a bold statement, you have to admit this is a pretty sweet sale......

Gotta say the cardstock on the DSD looks good. Maybe that's why the Palitoy guys are keeping quiet as you've just outed some treasure?

Palitoy Boba fett 45 back reseal?

The litho on this doesn't match up over the top of the bubble. I'd be carefull, and i'm speaking from experience. I have one exactly the same and i know it's a reseal because I did it. m Looking through the sellers feedback, two purchases were made from toysbycraig who has sold quite a few Palitoy B...

Re: Steep for a Tri Fett?

Painted dart, unpainted knee, which in my mind is the hardest of the four variations to get. Maybe that had an effect on the final price?

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Loving the Gammy. There's something about the contrast of colours on that card that make it a great looker.

Nice crew there too Ham, esp the R2 and ERG.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Some cracking new additions guys. Great Jawa. Shame about the case. I can't believe they just squashed it betweem two pieces of acrylic. Surely it would've been better placed over a round peg (think like a hat stand) to show how it should fit when on the Jawas head. Looks like some dude was scratchi...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Kinda glad you outbid me on that Anakin. Not good for you though which is a shame. It looked dark to me which is why I bid. Until the original one was posted in this very thread I never knew about the darker first shot. You've got to wonder whether it was seen here by the seller who realised the opp...

Yeah, something I had thought too from the pic though it's never easy with the detail available. I also couldn't find any pics to verify what a proper DT saber should look like.
