Re: Latest Acquisitions

Hey guys,

thanks for the thumbs up. Andy I thought u would appreciate the condition as yes all the examples one tends to see are well used. I certainly have no idea how they play though

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Something a little diff from my usual Palitoy posts :!:

Picked up these two pieces of British history, virtually unused condition. Both Betamax. The SW example is the earlier 1982 rental example with no BBFC cert 8)

Enjoy :)

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Well obviously if your talking about cards themselves then yes the 12A is the debut card of the Palitoy run but until a 12A Jawa is discovered-if ever then the Jawa debuted on the 12B card :!: The 30 back Luke Bespin card is more significant to the Palitoy collector because firstly both A&B exis...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

One of the rarest debut 30 backs that I have been on the lookout for nearly 4 years, the 30 back Luke B (with alternative picture). This is the only one known to exist with brown hair. It’s not a debut 30 back it’s the revised example. The debut has the walking photo :!: Its the Debut card for the ...

That is one that doesn’t show up for sale these days! Quite a few legit examples but the TT is rare today :!:

I would agree with the 4K, had it scored the overall 90 could be a lot more :!: Very nice example 8)

Re: MOC Does not mean Mint Condition

MOC vs MOMC, potentially a massive difference :!:

Let’s be honest! The guy who gave you neutral feedback must be a selective reader or an idiot! It’s a bit like saying(according to his philosophy) every MOC should grade 85 upwards

Newest addition to the Princess Leia focus, Canadian 12A MOC!
Even with a small bubble lift on the upper right corner, she looks great next to her Canadian sisters!
Fantastic Bruce 8) Can I ask how many MOC Leias do u have in your entire focus collection?

Re: Surprised by Astons

Well it's a fun listen but I am surprised at the 30 back DSC lot going for £25K plus fees, that's some VCJ price right there (I know it's rarer but I wonder if it's as desirable). Ian It wasn’t just that that caused the 25K bid mate, there was a 30 back IG-88 in there too :!: The combo of the two c...

Re: Surprised by Astons

That’s not fobbing off, that’s asking you to place an order. What is bad practice though is lumping together items in a haphazard fashion that will cost the vendor thousands of pounds in bids. That was the final email after a series of 8 emails since 11th September where they were repeatedly refusi...

I personally know of one other MOC example that sold many years ago for the sum of £90 :!: pretty sure it was a dealer mate who sold it too!  There actually are a few known SW characters to have turned up on Palitoy 30 back including; LXW Han Ben DSC Chewy Leia There r rumours of others b...
