Re: Don't You Love It When...

Yes it really annoys me when people have Best Offer turned on, yet when you make a (fair) offer either decline it or send one back with a 50p discount. If you aren't open to offers, don't enable it!

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 60 LAUNCHED

Another enjoyable episode! I also have a soft spot for the Bandolier Strap, I'd like to own a nice sealed one. I have never seen a Palitoy box, but they were for sale over here in these Special Buy bags late in the line, probably left over stock from the mail away offer: chewbacca_bandolier_strap_2....

Re: Star Wars 4K77 - Wow

Finally got around to watching Star Wars last night. Wow, it blew me away. I was half expecting the extra detail to spoil some of the special effects, and yes in places for example you can see fingerprints on Vader's helmet, and some of the sets look painted etc, but what really blew me away was jus...

Don't You Love It When...

You put in a best offer on eBay, and it gets declined. So you put in a bid, and it ends up going for far less by auction 8)

I bet the seller is pissed! Serves him right for being greedy, I knew my offer was very fair.

Re: strangely hard to find pieces

Happens to me all the time. You see things for sale regularly for years, then when you want one they dry up. When I was putting my loose set together a couple of years ago, I couldn't find a complete B Wing Pilot or AT-ST Driver for love nor money! It's because everyone had gone crazy for the blaste...

Re: question Obi Wan cardback

There are loads, this is just a list of the US cardbacks:

There could easily be 100 if you include all the variations and foreign MOCs.

Re: Vectis 26th June

Wow I thought prices on trilogo Yaks were cooling down, they hit 1k a few years back and I thought that was expensive then. He's got to be the most over priced trilogo, with the amount of them out there he shouldn't cost more than £500. Nothing I'm particularly interested in this time sadly, need so...

Re: Han Bespin Trilogo Palitoy AFA 85

If you mean the edges are square, yes all trilogo bubbles are like that. Value wise considering a C8 ungraded one would be about £150-200, I would say about £300, although you might find a grade chaser willing to pay more.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

My Vectis purchase arrived today, a 12 back C-3PO. This is a real milestone as having him back in my collection means I now own every figure MOC for the first time since 2007.
