Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 62 LAUNCHED

This week I have done a return trip from Brighton to Sheffield, and STILL haven't managed to listen to the full episode

Really enjoyed the NA section about the X-Wing, it could have been a podcast on its own!

Yes I agree let's wait til the playset polls drop down a couple of pages as otherwise these polls will be the only posts people see :)

Re: Forum Playset of the Year 2019 - Final

A worthy winner! I'm a little surprised that a cardboard playset has won but I can't argue with either its iconic design or play value.

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 61 LAUNCHED

Still haven't finished this mammoth episode! I really enjoyed the 'highlight' interviews, was great to hear some of those stories again, I had forgotten many of them.

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 61 LAUNCHED

Just making my way through the latest TVR podcast. Many happy returns on your 5 year anniversary. I’ve missed a couple of the latest editions as I’ve been going through some pretty heavy personal upheaval. In short my marriage has broken up and my Mother has passed away. It’s been a really crappy c...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 61 LAUNCHED

About half way through, really enjoyed the history of the podcast at the beginning, was really interesting hearing all the stats. I had no idea about the "beef" with the Chivecast, I had to track down the episode to give it a listen! (here if anyone is interested to hear it.)

Re: Vintage Jabba Playset

It was definitely only supposed to come with one, but it's not unusual to find missing or extra accessories packed with toys. You even see MOCs with 2 or 3 blasters sometimes!

UKS wrote:The trilogy Yak sold for 1300 PLUS vectis 25%ish on top! That's around 1625. Ouch. Any reason for that?

Wow that is crazy, no idea, I haven't been following them recently but having peaked at £1000 a few years ago I thought they had gone down a bit?

Re: Grading and shill bidding issues that have come up

I'm no expert in this area, but is it possible to pop the base off and substitute the same type of figure just a less valuable example and glue back on with little sign of tampering ???? as these grading's seem mad even given the exceptions for certain types of factory processes. I don't own any UK...

Re: Vectis 26th June
