Re: Poll threads

I think the polls and FOTW threads are great however it definitely feels that they have flooded the forum a bit. I think it would help if FOTW was just reduced to one a week. Also I’ve mentioned this before but why does the title / subject line not mention what the actual figure is? Having a whole p...

Happy to help as a moderator if you still need someone. I’m usually on here every day anyway and have quite a bit of spare time these days. Plus I’m not on Facebook so really all my time is on Forums.

Re: Diamond in the rough Luke Farmboy

What was the price if you don't mind me asking? Ian £309. Not great for a beaten up luke Farmboy. But not bad for a nice DT Luke. The price was getting high when I spotted it. In fact it was kind of what alerted me to their being something interesting. I guess the risk was in the condition, whether...

Re: Diamond in the rough Luke Farmboy

It was indeed on eBay. Unfortunately the detailed listing no longer appears as it is literally 90 days since purchase. Yes unfortunately that's how long it took to ship from US to UK, send to AFA for grading and authentication and then send back to the UK again. The inner saber was only visible in t...

Diamond in the rough Luke Farmboy

I picked up this a few months back. No mention of anything special in the title or description but noticed something in the picture from the rear!!! https://forum.rebelscum.com/photogallery/data/5445/medium/20190610_064147000_iOS.jpg https://forum.rebelscum.com/photogallery/data/5445/medium/20190610...

Re: MOC Empire Strikes Back Palitoy Darth Vader

I believe Leia Hoth is very rare on a Palitoy 45b. Perhaps only a few sealed carded examples known. I’ve only seen one myself but some of the more knowledgeable Palitoy collectors will be able to confirm exactly. In fact any Leia is very rare on a 45b. Funnily enough some of the rarer 45b have been ...

Is Toy Toni selling “Toy Toni” affected cards again?

This is on eBay!

Re: 41 discovered card Proofs

Not adding anything new but I agree that they look reproduction.

They don’t appear to have the lithographic dot grain and also fonts don’t look right.

Re: Vectis Sale 30th July now online

Well I didn’t own the Chewy for long myself as the tinted bubble bothered me. I’m not judging him for doing the same. Perhaps he’s just off loading spares and pieces he doesn’t care for in order to fund other purchases. I wonder if there’s a minimum number of pieces you can submit to Vectis for auct...
