Re: WTB: Original PS1 and PS2

I'm doing the same at the moment.

Looking at a PSone(the smaller re-issue) and trying to get a Snes again at a decent price. Noticed they've shot up lately, especially the Snes.

What games are you looking forward to replaying??

Re: Your evolution of gaming

My evolution goes like this:

Amstrad GX-4000
Amiga 500
Snes
Playstation 1
Playstation 1 mini
Playstation 2
Playstation 2 slim mini
Playstation 3
Playstation 3 slim
Playstation 4

Trying to add the PS5 to the list but fuck me they are a pain in the arse to get.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Some great new additions lately guys and gals.

Love the store display, the fact that these survive when shops would have more than likely binned these once empty if fantastic.

Lovely EV Benny.

The POTF range gets a bit if a bashing but I've always liked them.

I went down the Kenner route. More affordable and readily available.
Cough, POTF Nikto, cough...
Is POTF Nikto one of the tough ones?
The one I had was ungraded and I'm sure when I had it there was only 11 graded ones on AFA so pretty hard to find.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Were they Palitoy or Kenner or a mix? I went down the Kenner route. More affordable and readily available. Which was your rarest piece and your favourite piece? I owned a POTF Nikto for about a year, that piece was a beauty. My favourite piece, I had 3: A ROTJ Power Droid, I loved the artwork on th...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

What did you previously collect before selling up? Carded and loose. I was aiming to collect every figure on every cardback. I got up to 110 carded I think it was and a nearly complete loose run. Had some real beauties in the carded collection as well. Some have gone to guys on here. Also had a Yod...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

How long has it been? 5 years so far. I still buy SW books as I collect them so I suppose I'm not totally out of the collecting game. :) What did you previously collect before selling up? Re: Latest Acquisitions

Not sure if you ever lose the regret or the bug, I stopped collecting for 13 years and it still came back. I suspect it will at some point, this is the 4th time I've sold up and lost the bug, so far this is the longest stint. How long has it been? 5 years so far. I still buy SW books as I collect t...

Re: Blaster ... eh?

Grading fail but I guess it’s always possible someone is hoping someone thinks it’s a Lili Ledy blank raised bar (no coo) with Blue Ledy Bespin blaster. Though the face isn’t right for Ledy and the blaster would be the wide grip version. BOOM!! mic drop!! Fantastic knowledge. That's alot of i...

Re: Star Wars Bend-Ems!

Fantastic collection of Bend-Ems SWBendems. I never knew there was so much stuff in the range. An old manager of mine at my old workplace came in with a bag of these for me a few years ago. He knew I liked Star Wars and saw them in a charity shop. I'll have to see if I've still got them anywhere but...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Nice little birthday Luke Wow, a real beaut there @Grant_C I miss my carded collection and seeing a card like that does twinge a small amount of regret but I had to do what I needed at the time. Still not got the bug back. 😒 Not sure if you ever lose the regret or the bug, I stopped collecting for ...
