Re: Latest Acquisitions

Love the Klaatu and Walrus man, great photos as well. :) They are great photos - impressive Very jealous by all the celebration stuff but chuffed with a Mark Daniels special. Not vintage but the man's a genius! 19_04_2019 025i.jpg That's awesome, Andy 8) Is Mark making these available for everyone?...

Thanks guys. There haven’t been many recent threads I could chime in on so more than happy that this came up. You should all treat yourselves to a DV TIE, Kenner are usually found for around $100 carded

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 16, 2019, Part 1/2

Thanks Lars, this is one of my favourites and I'm only missing the Harbert version - which is an amazing piece. Not much screen accuracy to either the die cast or large sized DV TIE bodies, but at least Darth is driving These are the regular Kenner (which I've still never got round to replacing for ...

I’m also amazed how Lars finds time to post on all these threads. Impressive

As to the compactor, this was one I never owned boxed but I can set up the loose one this weekend. Hopefully someone else has a boxed one.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Great variety of items this past week or so. Love the capo Jawa and Michael Sith has found himself the best vintage item IMO. Love the ESB R2, but still have never owned one. Here's my latest - the pair to my Galaxy Ray Gun, the original Spanish version. Happy memories of holidays in Spain. These d...

Re: EP IX Trailer

I'm a bit conflicted on this. I thought it was a good trailer, but again it leans heavily on nostalgia... which is what I want (!) but in a way I can't respect it. Also, the fact that JJ gave an interview the other day where he said that two years wasn't long enough to make the film because he was ...

Think I’m looking forward to this film even more than Ep. 7

Cant compete with Ian's factory fresh mini rigs, but I did like the sticker on this INT-4. I added the contents of a SS gift a couple of years ago and jobs a goodun https://i.postimg.cc/xjsMWLrJ/INT-4-bilogo-Woolworths-8.jpg Love Leon's Ackbar and Benny's trooper. All the Ackbar miscards seem to hav...

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 13, 2019, Part 1/2

I think Jeremy has this thread covered! Great info, and great pieces everyone else. I'm a bit late to the party but here is my Kenner version and Palitoy version. The Kenner is in great condition and one of my first buys on Rebelscum. The Palitoy version is just a box and base that I picked up from ...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 58 LAUNCHED

Too long even for a return trip to Durham, 2/3 of the way in... Good stuff so far, the SW Hyperspace reference jogged a long forgotten memory. My dad signed me up to that, but I don't think my membership lasted beyond a year The first time I've been able to answer a few quiz questions too - surprise...
