Stumbled across my childhood one today coincidentally and happened to notice this on the box... Can’t remember my parents asking me to not play with it until we’d nipped down to the post office for a licence. I think it looks fine that moc, I have seen many moc that look worse than that one and I agree every moc need a home :D
