Re: Palitoy Yoda Hand Puppet

Really nice example and as you say the Palitoy premium adds to the value, still tied (doesn't look like it's been removed) so again this would add to value, inserts and base tab are also a bonus, really nice example and Palitoy are not coming up as much I would go the £175 as a starter on evilbay Go...

Re: R2 factory error?

Looks to be dark blue ( where there are paint apps that is) not sure though, meet to see that leg paint on it as well
Doesn't look like it's faded or stripped on the dome paint apps, so could well be a factory error

Re: Obi-wan Kenobi vintage figure -brown leg

Yes the green limbs Chewie is a great example of degradation

The brown leg is almost certainly degradation

Plastic degrades in a plethora of ways, I'm no expert ( Wilkie definitely is!) but I would put my money on degradation.

Fett 45 back card with Tri logo bubble

Not sure if I want to let this go ( I do have a 20 back Fett reseal in the collection already) Just wondered what the value would be The card is 99 % a TT ( don't want to offend anyone but I bought the card on eBay knowing it was 99% TT) The bubble is a Tri Logo ( the Fett did come with this bubble ...

Re: Boba fett Black series helmet

Yes I see what you mean, the proto one still looks cool, but I would always plump for the painted version as it's iconic

Re: Boba fett Black series helmet

Does look good, I was tempted to get the prototype Boba helmet, but it looks like hasbro have literally spray painted white over a normal one, you can see the weathering marks. I hope this is just a moc up image, bit of an odd thing to do seeing as they made it without the dent :? The original prot...

Re: Boba fett Black series helmet

Didn't realise the Vader you had is the same as mine, looked different on the photo. The master replicas one was taken from a laser scan of what they thought was the screen used Fett helmet but it turned out it wasn't The EFX one taken from a cast is slightly different as the original prop screen us...

Re: Boba fett Black series helmet

Fett helmet looks very cool 8) I read that the EFX released Fett helmet was taken from a cast of the ESB Screen used prop whereas the black series one is taken from a laser scan of the same screen used prop, the 2 are pretty much the same ( other than metal pieces used for the rangefinder and ear bu...
