Re: Palitoy Tauntaun Box

The 1st issue TT with printed Palitoy logo is a tough one to find. The stickered ones are more common and unitl recently I never even knew the printed logo version existed.

Re: Buy it now or offer

If the listing has a 'make an offer' option then always do that unless it's a giveaway price for something you know is easily worth what the BIN is - for risk of losing it to someone else. The irritating thing is when you make an offer on something and it's neither accpeted or rejected - to me that'...

Re: Palitoy Death Star

The box was super nice though, and the original instructions were included - the sheet alone is £100-150.

I estimated £800 as the top end but wasn't totally surprised it reached that amount. Finding one in a decent box is VERY tough.

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 57 LAUNCHED

Many thanks for another great podcast guys, it amazes me how you keep churning them out and maintain the quality, keep it up! What I really found fascinating this time was the articles about Rob Cobb, without this episode I would never have heard of this guy, and he is an absolute fricking genius! ...

Re: 2 Palitoy 12 back cardbacks with bubbles.

Interested in the Trooper if you end up selling separately.

Re: New retroline.......

Initially I was dead set against this line when I first saw this pics - dreadful card art and the figures looked exactly the same. However, as more has come to light, I'm softening towards them, I can see now how this line might develop and seeing Tarkin produced is brilliant. That said, the cardbac...

If that was the morning after, the night before must have been more epic than destroying a Death Star.

It's not considered a decent session unless Nick chunders all over himself or the hotel room.

Re: AT-AT Original Decals Sheet value.

Was this the same set on ebay recently?

Amazed they didn't sell at £30 - I'd have thought that was a bargain.

I think that's a fair price TBH, but if you're looking for a quick sell try £25.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

I LOVE Ron Cobb's work, he really deserves more recognition for his contribution to SW. He's something of a hero to me and I was in contact with him several years ago trying to help him get a book published that showcased his work throughout his film careeer but nothing ever came of it :( ALIEN, ALI...
