I just want to put this to you all. 3 options. 1. You want a mystery prize 2. You have something specifically in mind 3. You just want cash. Why is it so hard to just have all 3? It isn't. Say if there is a 100 quid pot. And you buy the item and with the shipping it comes to 90 quid. What happens to the other 10 quid? I assume you have to PayPal that as a gift then to the winner also?
