VECTIS AUCTION - Thursday 26th September

Hi all, As I’ve already had a few messages about it over the past few weeks, I thought I should write an open letter to you guys to let you know my collection is indeed moving on... I’ve decided to sell the majority of my collection. My wife and I, after 23 years of marriage have decided to part way...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 62 LAUNCHED

Absolutely loved this episode; one of the best interviews in ages; I was totally absorbed by it and actually listened to it twice! What a couple of great lads, Rich Temple and Ben Potter were ok too. X-wing chat was great to hear, a fan favourite for sure and an absolute cultural icon in its own rig...

Re: The next FF.

Having only missed a couple in around 4.5 years of attending, I have to say I was disappointed to not be able to attend this past weekend; just a timing thing for me and some late notice on the announcement of the date I guess meaning I wasn't available. I'd personally be gutted if you did decide to...

Superb deal with a great guy, who by his own admission had better offers after we agreed the deal, but he kept his word and the part exchange went through smooth as silk 8)

Re: Latest Acquisitions

I had a great time at Celebration trading swag, seeing panels, spending time with old and making new friends... I also managed to pick up a couple of items for the collection, a couple that I feel are key to moving the Han Solo focus forward: A764DCE7-BB08-46F9-B45D-9655F2D48673.jpeg Kenner internal...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

First off, let me say it was great to finally meet Stu, Jez, Si, Grant, Steve and Rich in person at Celebration! Second, apropos to the thread, here's my one vintage pickup from the room sales. I'd just finished telling the lads over dinner that this was the one thing I'd hoped to find at Celebrati...

Re: The LEGO Corner

I popped on the cheaper standard Sandcrawler in the end, still looks like a decent build and will occupy some of y time as well as making a good display piece. I'll update when built.

Re: The LEGO Corner

Have the most recent release but not got the UCS one (yet) Has a lot of technic parts but was a decent build I was looking at the UCS one... Long shot, but does the newer one fit in the Billy Bookcases? I'm devoting one case to Lego (I think) and so have the build-able figures; which many hate, but...

Re: The LEGO Corner

Anyone built the Sandcrawler?
Is it better to get the older set than the newest one?
Any leads on a good price... I'd prefer un-built and sealed as building is the fun.

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 57 LAUNCHED

About halfway through now- great stuff as usual! So Steve hasn't seen Scott for a year? Here they are sat next to each other... in October  Was it a show and tell? Everyone has bought an item to discuss, cute Just to clear this one up Jez messages me and asks if I have a recording from Scott I...
