Re: Weapons Second Opinion

Smuggler and Bespin look ok to me at first glance. Leia and Imperial I don’t think so. Jawa defo wrong I’d say. Just an opinion mate, others may know more.

Re: Netflix High Score documentary.

Yes mate! Discovered it about a week ago and binge watched it all. Really interesting. So much in it that took me back and so much I didn’t know. Fascinating to hear how some of the games and characters came about. I feel lucky to be old enough to have seen the start of video games. Our first consol...

Ewok bows!!!

Yo I am looking for the two Ewok bows for Lumat and Warok to complete my loose set. Will pay fair price, or I have a lot of accessories and bits and pieces to trade. Who can help me out?! Cheers

Re: James Martin / Waltham Wookiee

Man that sucks, sad to hear this :( James was a great guy. Didn’t know him well but remember having a beer and chatting with him at FF's and Celebration. He had a superb collection and was very knowledgeable. I knew he was ill but thought he’d beaten it. Real sorry to all his good friends on here. R...

Re: Competition Etiquette

The short answer is there is none, etiquette when it comes to buying things. Unless it's someone you know well, a collecting friend. It's very cutthroat these days, people are essentially selfish and will try to get what they want. Also I think there is definitely trends and people copying others in...

Re: The LEGO Corner

That's a nice way to spend the morning and it looks great and Luke could always crawl inside, I'm sure he'd be up for it :D Ian Yeah it looks like the doors too small but on the real one the stairs go down inside the doorway so he’d be low enough to get in. I made the proportions about right but no...

Re: The LEGO Corner

I made this this morning. Getting into making my own Star Wars creations. In hindsight I could have made the entrance tunnels a bit smaller but it was just a quick build. May do an improved version :D

Re: Army Building and Focus Collecting Friend or Foe?

I think people collect the way they want to collect. It’s a personal thing and each individuals ideas and goals reflect their taste. I think figure focuses and army building are completely different things. I get focuses, all the different mocs and anything relating to that figure. I don’t really ge...

Re: Childhood Toy shop

Yeah man, the Wickford and Rayleigh ones. But mostly the Rayleigh one, that’s where I grew up. If you ever see another one of those or anything from that shop do please grab it for me. I’ll buy it no question, thanks! :)

Re: Childhood Toy shop

Wow! Cheers for all the posts. I really find all this stuff fascinating and love hearing others stories about their toyshops etc. Those lucky enough to have examples really are fortunate, especially from one offs or small chainstores. SublevelStudios I know that feeling of the department store Mark....
