Re: Something weird happened

Hello Rob! I've been using eBay from the very beginning and it's honestly the only time it's ever happened to me!! Also had to explain the series of unfortunate events to my better half!!!

Re: Something weird happened

A very similar incident happened to me in April this year!! I was watching a boxed Trilogo Sand Skimmer and about 2/3 days later was told-"Congratulations you've won please pay now!!!" When I spoke with PayPal and Ebay all was sorted-however Ebay told me that they were trying a new function whereby ...

Re: Vintage in Belfast

Hello Alan. Unfortunately there is only one place that has any Vintage! The Old Toy and Model Shop behind Castle Court Shopping centre in the covered in Smith field Market! He has some pieces which arent great quality and are overpriced on the most part!! The owner(James) isn't very sociable and can...

What's more desirable?

What's more desirable? What would you rather have as a collector - a nice ungraded Harbert Death Squad Commander or a Meccano Princess Leia? The Leia has two tiny holes at the top of the card(where somebody pinned it to display it!) and is in fairly good condition. The Harbert is really nice-would p...

Re: Trilogo Rarity

Thanks very much Edd for enlightening me!! I still need the two Lukes and the Royal Guard- which I know will be really tough! I remember my friend Karl selling a Royal Guard with a replacement bubble in 2004 for £50, of course I didn't buy it! I know Vectis have all 3 coming up but I dread to think ...

Trilogo Rarity

Wanted to ask something for quite a while-why are the following Trilogos rare and expensive-Emperors Royal Guard, Luke Bespin, R2D2 Pop up Sabre and Luke Original? I appreciate the Rarity of General Madine since he was only available for sale in France but why the others? Is it due to Supply and Dem...

Wanted Trilogo Luke Bespin and Royal Guard

Looking for two Trilogos - Luke Bespin and Emperors Royal Guard. Condition doesn't have to be perfect! Even if they have card and/or bubble issues-that's okay!!

Re: Seems a bit suspicious don’t you think ?

Hello Cardback kid-when the Toytoni scandal broke lots of collectors came out of the woodwork to analyse and dissect it all with indefatigable attention-however how many of those same people not only knew what was happening before 2012 but bought willingly from Toni? On a other point-if I want to bu...

Re: Seems a bit suspicious don’t you think ?

Irrespective of the issue with the carded figures scandal he does have a lot of genuine stock-particularly Trilogos! If I'm not mistaken Stephane Faucourt recently highlighted a Trilogo cardback that looked like a proof card-but was due to the weak bubble seal-which is apparently common!!

Re: Seems a bit suspicious don’t you think ?

I've just bought the Trilogo cardback in question!! I have also bought about 15 carded Trilogos from Toni over the past number of years-no issues with them and I am delighted to have added them to my collection!!!!
