Re: New retroline.......

With the issue of the paper in the bubble, I’m tempted to get a US import instead. However, they have a ‘Choking Hazard’ warning in the top right corner, which partly obstructs the Luke & Leia graphic. The European card doesn’t have this, and looks much better in that respect. Does anyone know ...

Are they definitely vintage? I heard that there are reproduction R2 limbs out there, believe it or not.

Somebody probably pipped you to it with a private message.
(It wasn’t me!). Rest assured this seller is a stand up chap and will have considered offers in order of arrival.

Re: Luke Farmboy 12 back-A

Given how varied valuations are, goes to show it is worth what someone out there is prepared to pay for it when it comes to auctions - I do think the 75 would put off the money is no object brigade, but will be very interesting to hear what you get for it if you do sell. Certainly looks like a very ...

Re: Luke Farmboy 12 back-A

Get the feeling you think these are gross underestimates ?!

I only started collecting in 2016 and picked mine up then in similar condition for about 600. I think at the time 500-800 was about the going rate.

That was several years ago so today probably more like 1000-1300.

Re: Value Of Full Complete Loose Set ?

I’d be very surprised if it wasn’t far off 3.5-4 grand. 2 grand of which would be the last 17. Probably more if you sold off individually or in lots, although that’s potentially more hassle and postage costs. I have a loose ‘complete’ set myself and I do think prices have peeked for now. Maybe episo...

Re: New retroline.......

I picked up a few of the UK versions and my cards even have tiny marks on the image that the import version doesn’t have (Must be a printing issue as identical). Regardless they really are a bit shit. The figure is decent though. I’m trying to cancel my pre-order for the other six too, but haven’t h...

Re: New retroline.......

It’s a shame because otherwise the euro card looks a tad better without the codes / age stuff at the top. I’m glad I opted for the import version. Either way, the cards are fairly crap for display. It’s amazing how hasbro have gone to the trouble of making these, but can’t get simple things right wh...
