Fucking ebay twats!

I know this has been covered numerous times, but I needed to rant... I won four lots from a seller (other non-SW vintage toy lines); two lots on one day and then two more a few days later. By the time I won the second couple I asked for the seller to combine postage as one items was just a small acc...

Re: Power of the Force Electronic AT-AT

Typically, anything before 2000 is now termed as vintage on any selling platform you care to choose. If you don’t agree, don’t buy it. Pedantry is not needed, especially when it’s wrong. :) In regards to this forum however, you are wrong. This section is clearly stated as for "Vintage (1977-19...

Re: Deformed figures.

Looks like Lando got a bit too close to the fire. He was definitely bought in that condition? I would have thought QC would have caught that, but maybe he slipped through on a Friday afternoon.

Re: Valuation help please.

Maybe I'm out of touch, but any main character MOC in that condition has to be worth close to £100 at least, regardless of the cardback.

Re: Hell has frozen over

I've certainly noticed a slow down over the last couple of months in particular, from a selling perspective anyway. Despite trying to save for a big holiday I've still been picking up a steady stream of goodies. But when it comes to selling, items certainly haven't been going at a pace. Personally I...

Re: Obscure Star Wars ANH Cinema Brochure

These are pretty common. Only worth £5-£10. In that condition I'd say up to £5, max.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

From loose figures to 12 backs, from custom shop displays to Tie Bombers, there are some fantastic new acquisitions being shown off. Nice one. Great to meet you too Dallas. After a few months of waiting and saving I finally managed to haul some vintage in my net. First off is this beaut of a Skiff....

Unfortunately it isn't 2014 anymore. If you have some Han Carbonites in decent condition for a tenner each, I'll take the lot!

Re: Sold for £100 why?

I guess someone thought that Han Carbonite is worth a lot more than it actually is. I'd say in that condition he's about £30-40. So those are some very expensive beaters.

Someone just paid waaaaaaaay over the odds. Always amazes me when some people spend such amounts of money without doing their homework.
