Re: Palitoy Box Stickers?
Yep....catalog stickers. Sears and JC Penny's over here in the states did the same thing. Ugly stickers BTW. Easily removed with Goo-Gone.

I have also reported him to Disney, Hasbro and eBay on numerous occasions. Nobody seems to give a fuck and this smug cunt knows it.

Re: Warning - Fake Sealed and Loose Fan Club Badges
This is a concern for any "Vintage" buttons/badges on the market. Buttons are easy to make and the vintage images from them are readily available. For me, If there is no sign of aging, I pass on them.

DSD's arms looked touched up with black sharpie to me. Could just be the picture. I am not chiming in on value as the market keeps changing.

Nobody should go to a convention solely to buy vintage. As has been stated, most things are marked up, that's not to say you can't find nice odd ball items at decent prices, but other than that you will pay way above the odds. I am just going for all the man hugs.

Re: Your first experience of Blue snaggletooth?
Around 1979... Mom took me to a garage sale. There were tons of Star Wars toys there .The kid must have out grown them. Anyways at the time their prices were high for a garage sale ..so I could only pick one figure.. I picked the odd looking one... Blue snags. Nice. The force was with you. And that...

Re: So I bought an AT-AT Walker on eBay...
Box is legit. I have seen similar crew stamps on other vintage boxes. Alot of the union shops were proud of the boxes they produced and proudly marked them. It was also a great way to trace back if there was a quality issue.
