You can clearly see the sprue cut on the end of the hilt, the injection point half way up and the only known repro sabre to have an EPM is very noticeable by the angled hilt and the EPM is extremely faint.

Yeah, that's an original kenner EPM saber. If you put it in a bowl of water and push it under, it should sink. 👍

Unfortunately for the seller, the financial responsibility should always be passed back down the line as far as possible. In reality though, this rarely happens. Sorry to hear this Frank.
