Surprised no one has mentioned the Indiana Jones Trilogy.

Outside of Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark is probably my favourite film.

Back to the Future Trilogy and Highlander 1 also rate highly.

To name another one that hasn't been mentioned, I'd go with the origins of my username.
