If by decommissioned you mean a deactivated Stirling SMG, then sadly you need to have a new certification for this regardless of the original date of deactivation. Whilst ownership of it in its current state is legal the sale trade et al would be an offence without the new certification of it.


If it does indeed currently comply with the current regulations then that is fine, please do specify though.

That's a nice custom piece, however it's illegal to sell unless you have the certificate of decommision. I know because I own one.
