Lobot Poch figure?

Hi guys, picked this up from Vectis in a bundle and wondered if he is a poch version? He has the flashing on the hands and a removed Coo, I've tried to research but can't figure it out as I've read about overstock limbs being used by other factories? Thanks in advance

No he is just a Smile factory no coo common on late ROTJ Kenner card backs and more prevalent in Europe.

Poch is all about a series of elements such as Poch penis, dripped paint, melt marks etc though these can or cannot be present. Most important is the paint colours which are unique and the hand colour paint is nothing like Poch I'm afraid.
