Was just looking at display cabinets on eBay and saw this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oakley-double-wide-display-cabinet-lights-inside-/291313574657?pt=UK_Home_Garden_LivingRoomFurniture_EH&hash=item43d3a46301

Thought perhaps someone on here (local to the seller) might be interested, I'm sure you could replace that Oakley logo with a nice Vintage SW logo..

Blimey Joe that is nice 8)

A used shop display, I think the price will rise a bit before it goes and its out of my league already.

A Palitoy logo would look great replacing the Oakley or even on the inside behind the shelves.

Yeah it's pretty much everything you could ask for in a cabinet. Nice little bit of storage at the bottom, loads of shelves, lights at the top AND locks..the works!

Some of the best display cabinets I've seen in collections have been ex shop display cabinets actually..definitely something to consider.

Not sure how a shop display cabinet would have an RRP (of £550).

Would presumably need to be able to change the lights to LEDs to avoid damaging vintage stuff.
