R.I.P. Rowdy Roddy Piper

Man this sucks, what a terrible few weeks for WWF legends. I'm still reeling from loosing Macho Man a few years ago and then recently Dusty Rhodes and now one of my favourites Roddy Piper. Far too young, everytime one of these blokes dies a little bit of my child hood dies with them. R.I.P. Roddy.

The guy was a legend in wrestling, too young to go, really sad news, brilliant entertainer.

Heart attack? They all seem to die from heart attacks, brought on by steroids no doubt.

Yeah I'm not sure in this case Weas he always struck me as the type not to be on steroids as he was never really that big. He was although a very highly strung individual outside of his wrestling persona. Just finished watching the film They Live on you tube Roddy at his acting best and has one of the best/funniest fight scenes.

There are probably now more dead than alive from that golden era.

Someone told me the other day that the Undertaker was still wrestling :shock:

Not seen a C.O.D yet but he beat cancer a few years ago, so maybe that came back.

Yes such a shame re Hot Rod. The 40 year oldies amongst us grew up with the best era of WWF/WWE and he will be sorely missed RIP
