Rancor Keeper hood Glued?!?

Hi Folks,

Hope your all enjoying the weather.

Bought a rancor keeper complete on a wim on ebay. The seller has 100% feedback and was told the figure was completely vintage.

However when the figure arrived the hood had glue in the inside and glue on the rancor keepers head...which seems very old glue.

I hadn't held an orginal one before and was never a figure i had really researched but inside the hood is a 'letter' C.

So is it common to have had the hood glued on the figure? Or has someone at some point glued it on.

The figure minus the glue is is smashing condition and his pike seems real and floats like the hood which feels hard plastic.

Anyway help much appreciated.

I've never known one to be glued on, so I can only suppose that a previous owner of your one got fed up with the hood falling off!

Nope, not normal for the hood to be glued on. I guess you could try and scratch the glue off, but if it's caused any damage I would just return it
